Tier'd PvP
Changing it so players on both sides are equal in tier'd gear that way no one on the opposite side is like 14k all through there group and the other team is below that like 9k etc the balancing in PvP is completely unfair by not tiering it because alot of people are taking advantage of it specially in Domination and classes need a way to deal with rogue's stunlock's but something that has a cooldown perferably so its not overly used if not that nerf the rogue it seems like it has to much survivability in pvp and its feats are crazy and we got people like TR's being CW dogs in pvp which is another reason why Tier'd pvp is better it balances both sides making it equal gs the higher it is the more a team is to overpowered and it makes gameplay in pvp a very unfair advantage
But the tiers would be based on arbitrary numbers. Where is the line over what is unfair and what isn't? Clearly 22k vs 10 is. But how about 16k vs 20k? I mean, where would such lines be drawn?

There shouldn't be a need for Party Leader in PvP. This should partially fix the rampant party member kicking we are currently seeing in PvP.
And Devs should wipe off ALL Glory and glory-acquired gears from ALL the people who has abused this up till now to restore faith and integrity in the system. They should have ALL their campaign progression resetted to square one.

Poster may have no manners but is spot on. Removing glory, PVP gear, and campaign progress from someone's account is basically telling them to quit the game... Because no one who has successfully completed Sharandar will be willing to do it over again along with the other campaigns & re get their pvp gear. I hate being picked from parties too and think the people that do it deserve some repercussions (like resetting just their spot on the leaderboard so that they have to start from game 1 while everyone else is up to game 430) but what you said makes me think that you were just kicked from a PvP match and you came to flame, or you haven't bothered completing each campaigns and recieving your profounds

I think the biggest fix to PvP would be to STOP INTRODUCING SO MUCH GEAR!
In "Tyranny of Dragons," the gap between people who paid and people who didn't pay was already big enough.
Now, not only is more artifact gear being introduced, but RP is also getting nerfed! Refining to epic costs half a million AD, give or take. Refining to legendary costs over 5 million.
A player who doesn't spend real cash simply does not have a chance to compete in this game.

Sigh this is not Guild Wars 2 with boring same same same equality.
What you are trying to do is KILL Perfect World income since the truth is that many players use real money so they can be better at PvP!
We do have matchmaking in place in Domination PvP and it is an improvement. I rarely nowadays if ever see a game where a 7k player meets a 20k. It is not exactly same gearscore since classes in power are NOT the same. Matchmaking is well done in Domination PvP.
Open World PvP and Gauntlgrym PvP thank god does not have matchmaking and are for once the true power of players that choose to voluntary participate.
Neverwinter MMO is not a full Open World PvP area so all players do PvP voluntary and can do pure PvE stuff.
Finally my characters do not have rank 10 enchantments and I don't have 3 legendary artifacts, but I don't whine and I try to improve my characters and I respect all powerful characters!
What future improvements would I suggest in PvP? Well a bit more diversity more PvP maps and Capture The Flag would be fun.

The problem is low player population. The ELO CAN and DID match people of very similar power/skill against each other when it first came out but it could take over an hour to wait for a que to pop. So it was toned way down to make wait times less. They need to fix leaderboard exploits, but other than that, pugging is always going to be the wild west.
For tiered play, imo, they need to have tournaments, one for each tier, at specific times every day. If enough players don't sign up for the tourney, it doesn't happen.
And i'm not mention about players who have less than 11k GS only about 11k+
They can also change 5v5 and make it 7v7

so tired to see a 7k gs people with 22k gs ...

the problem with GS selection will be to prevent players to change gear inside the domination ... so disabling C or I ... for accessing gear must be install

Let say the system would then check their GS and decided the player's GS is too high and decline the request, what if the player decided to take off some armors/artifacts and lower the GS, how would the system know to decline?
Now let say there is a system that automatically records a player's highest GS and automatically register that as their category, then what difference does it make to the queuing compare to the current one we have?
IMO, the current system is perfectly fine. The sorting just have to sort the average GS of two groups better, but saying this, this might mean ppl would have to queue for longer until the system can find two teams with similar GS to register the fight.

I won't say 'perfectly fine', since yesterday I've had a match where the combined GS of me and the team's CW, was still higher than four of the opponent's players' GS combined...
...but if there is to be a fix to this, then I don't think there's a simple solution. I believe it'd be something that would require significant time for the devs, and can't be jumbled and rushed into stuff like "GS-based" solutions.
The best solution would be the dynamic GS adjustment. A "self-handicpa" system would also be interesting.

Well i have thought about this so let's say the player who have 20k+ gs decided to lower his gs before he join the game and he queue for 11k-13k pvp game when the game start and he put all his gears and become 20k the system check his GS and kick him automatically and if anyone waiting in queue with 11k-13k gs he join the game immediately

Nerf or remove that DC faithful build ( I got a DC and refuse to choose that , considering almost cheating )
remove stealth of TR or make it a defensive non-offensive ability ( so fvcking tired to die without a fight or a chance to run away ) I don't mind death ... but I wanna fight not get slaughter like a chick
GS on enchants and GS selection pvp and disabling the I or C letters so players wont change/put gear on inside domination
... tired of going to pvp and waiting at fire , because I'm with 7k gs VS 20 to 23 gs monsters
boring pvp ... unbalanced ... a bit tired of neverwinter online stupid DEV moves

I thought we had this discussion Last year. The biggest problem of tiers is the 'I wanna play NOW, not wait up to ___ minutes to get an excellent match.' patience problem.

Ok sorry, but I have to say learn to play the game for all characters that are are 7k gs! My newest character is
Warlock and he became level 60 this week and already he has gs 11,2k!
First of all for all those players with only 7k-9k gs at level 60.
1. It is possible to take the first 3 boons in expansion 4 before become max level.
2. It is possible to make your 1 Artifact even Epic before your are max level. Ok I do understand Epic feels expensive for some casual players, but if that feels to expensive then making it at least blue level 30
Artifact should not be hard/expensive for a casual player.
3. Blue level 60 items usually cost almost nothing. I hate when I see people with green level 60 items.
4. Prepare for your new character to become level 60... at least rank 6 enchantments are not expensive.
5. If you can not afford to buy level 60 Epic pants and shirt then level 55 blue rare Shirt and Pants are best performance/price. My newest character the Warlock currently has blue level 55 pants and shirt and I would say that is no shame to use them.

One might think so until the day of its implementation, from whence the subsequent "wait 50 minutes for a match" will happen.
