race/respec tokens

Ok my dwarven gf is getting close to 60 which means I am getting close to wanting to redo his race and respec him. Does the race spec token give you an entire new respec including feats, powers, boons, appearance? Or will I have to buy a token for race a token for respec and a token for appearance? Either way is fine, I just want to know what I am buying before I do.

    race token rerolls race, initial ability score, name, apparence, power, feat and everything.
    Respec token is onlyvfor selected ability score, feat and power

    With race reroll you can change everything what is in carrecter making window when you were making it first time, except to change class.
    Meaning that token doesnt let you reset your paragon path/powers/boons. Respec token is for those.
