Tiamat win event no reward!!

Ok, so i did the event 2 times.
The first one we lose, because we didn't kill on time.
I get the event reward with position 17, and i get a minor resonance stone and a shard.
But the next time i did the event we win and noone get anything!!! not even the Linus Favor!! The chest was available to open, but that's it, no reward for winning the event!

    Since it's related, I'll say that I have 15 legendary keys that I had ready for this in particular and the chest would open. Though I did get my favor.

    Second this bug, finished first on a Tiamat Success and did not get any rewards whatsoever.

    I killed it thrice, and in the third attemp I got no rewards at all. I could use my Legendary Key to get the content of the chest but the rewarding system got bugged and I didn't receive my Linu's Favor.

    I'm so incredibly sad.

    I got this bug 2 times already and its really stressful. It happens to everyone in your channel.

    This appears to be if you kill Black head last there is no reward.

    We killed the White head last, and no reward... I can loot the chest which has a crappy offhand and dragon coin pouch

    seems that the problem is killing tiamat too fast, if it dies during phase 2, it bugs and you get no reward

    It's possible that this is because someone killed one or more heads but not all during a phase.
    But my sample size is too small.

    Can anyone confirm that when they got no favor one or more heads died prematurely?

    the real is that someone stay in the istance when the fight end, so the next fight will keep that istance and it will not give you reward.

    Happened 2 time, i press f in both and so i was put in istance like 67and 81 when my friend finished in 1,2,3 ecc.

    But you can't stay in the instance. It kicks you out after ~10 minutes.


    Edit:
    You are right. There is some leftover instance(s) from the last fight. If you get into them you will get no rewards.

    Yes but if you keep it active until the kick that istance will be bugged. When you enter go anche check: you will see that (for exemple) there will be all istance until 78 and so istance 82, that come from the previous fight.

    I had this happen as I got disconnected at last minute and when I returned I was in a different instance than my group, after it was over I got squat.

    Just had this.

    Me and one other person reported in say they didn't get their reward/favor on a win.

    Was a super clean win too =/ not even a last second thing.

    On retrospect I don't think this is about "win". Occasionally your reward just doesn't appear. Happens on losses too, but there it barely matters.

    No, I had 2 successful runs yesterday. Both times Tiamat went down in the 3rd round, both times I got no reward... firt time I ranked 15, second time I ranked 11.

    This should be top priority on bug fix list.. 30 minute of hardwork gone to waste because of this (SEVERAL TIME)

    This bug is extremely annoying, encountered it 4 times already, happens if killing on second round, on third and even on fourth, same reward-less victory.

    Okay, it's the 5th time my instance bugged and I've got 0 rewards.

    Please fix this. This is getting so ****ing annoying you have no idea.

    This is ongoing. Out of 3 completed runs today, 2 gave no rewards.

    To me out of all the things going on with Tiamat this is a bug the entire related staff should be working on. Having people do an instance for 20 minutes and not get a reward is a MAJOR bug.
