Why does reflect dmg not work anymore?

How come reflect damage doesn't work anymore?
Guarded Assualt, spremacy of steel does almost no damage.

Fighting cheap mobs in PvE Guarded Assault procs on the mobs about every 2nd or 3rd hit.

I was just in a pvp match, warlock poped their bleed daily on my so I poped supremacy of steel and I didn't see much damge go to the warlock. he was at about quarter health and stayed that way.



I speced my warrior for reflect and now its not simply nerfed, It just doesn't work. I bought the blacksmith, went for high protection stuff and now its all garbage. Doestn' even work for PvE!!!!


I saw another guradian fighter with shield up and popped supremacy of steal so I just started hitting him and I took almost no reflect damage.

    I dunno in Pwe but I ensure you in pvp they work a lot: just yesterday I fought with a GF with SoS and Fairy Thistle, and in procs 650 dmg each deflected hit (almost everytime).

    Assuming he has a 23k gs counter 17k of mine, he could defeat me without attacking me at all (tried), just holding up his shield.

    maybe a little bit too much...

    It gives your character fits.

    but it works properly as intended? just locks the player in combat mode?

    Think its just the visual thing.

    Also heard and was looking for confimation that the thistle boon also didnt take into account armor penetration, wouldnt this alone make it next to or pretty much completely useless if true any way? Anyone confirm? Still took it as part of the "concept"

    My gwf still has the bug but I'm happy it's fixed for the other classes.

    Here is an update:
    After some testing I found it works sometimes. Play 1 day it works, next day it does not.
