CW Thaumaturge "Frozen Power Transfer" Feat Issues

"Chilling Cloud now grants 1/2/3/4/5% bonus damage for every target you strike with its third strike. This bonus lasts for 20 seconds and stacks up to 3 times."

This description is misleading in my opinion. It sounds like for every bonus you get from the third strike, they all stack. For example u hit 3 enemies with first attempt, and 2 enemies with second attempt and it gives u 5 stacks. This is one issue.

Second issue: Imagine you hit 3 enemies and u gained 3 stacks. Then when you hit 2 enemies with the next attempt, the stacks decrese to 2, thus decreasing your damage. Is this what really happens? So basically you shouldnt use chilling cloud after getting 3 stacks of it unless you are sure you will hit 3 enemies the next attempt.

Correct me if im wrong. Thanks in advance...

    First issue: No, this doesn't happen. Max is 3 stacks, period.

    Second issue: This _DOES_ happen, however if you are only hitting two enemies then the group is dead and the power is moot.

    It doesn't work exactly as described, but it is not so big issue:
    "... for every target you strike with its third strike. " - actually you need to hit same target with all 3 hits, not just 3rd one.
    This is problem if enemy dies with just 2 hits.

    I haven't noticed this issue, and often times I hit different mobs. I will watch closely, but i'm quite sure you are incorrect.

    I did some simple testing on that three dummies in pvp hall

    1. hit 1 dummy 1 time > 5% dmg increase
    2. hit 3 dummies 1 time > 15% dmg increase
    3. hit 1 dummy 3 times > 5% dmg increase
    4. hit 3 dummies 3 time > 15% dmg increase

    Conclusion: The first part of the description is correct, however it doesn't stack 3 times. If i understood correctly, stacking 3 times means if i hit 1 dummy 3 times, the damage should increase by 5x3=15%, 3 dummies 3 times = 15x3= 45% (which is clearly OP)

    Please confirm my findings, thnx :)

    the 3rd strike of chilling cloud is AoE
    the buff is counted from the target that this AoE hits
    if it hits 3 target then you get 3 stack = 15% (max)
    first and 2nd hit doesnt matter.
    if you have 3 stack then you redo the atwill and your 3rd strike(AoE) hit 1 mobs then the stack goes to 1 and the timer reset.
