    it isnt a bug.

    Ferocious Reaction: This class feature now deals 25% of your HP in damage (up from 10%) and heals you for 25% (up from 10%).

    and it has a 3 minute cooldown at rank 3.

    It is a bug. It can sometimes activate multiple times at once before the 3 minute cooldown starts resulting in insane damage (I've heard of 30k+)

    it is bugged....again, good job cryptic. i don't understand what is wrong with the devs. they really lie about testing things out.

    It is still bugged from the change they made
