Quick question for debuff DCs

  Burning guidance is a boon that is proc by healing spells, last time I checked plaguefire isn't a healing spell or an healing enchantment.
  
  But regardless of what enchantment you have slotted as long as you use healing powers you have a chance to proc it.

  Burning Guidance deals damage to enemies as Radiant damage. He wants to know if that tick procs Plague Fire in the enemies.
  
  I'm a debuffing DC (now kind of a DPS Cleric) and I've never used that boon, but since the damage is a fixed amount, I suspect it doesn't proc anything, nor weapon enchantments; even because some of them only proc with direct attacks, Terror and Plague Fire included.
