Serious bugs and Nothing Fixed via bug report:

Okay, so before I post my bug report I want to make this clear. I've checked my hardware and everything else that I can diagnose on my end. Nothing is wrong with my computer, I have sufficient bandwitch and connectivity to the internet for the game (I'm connected to the game servers at around 20 MB/s of throughput and about 5 MB/s of actual consistent connectivity via QOS settings). My keyboard is fine, my mouse works fine, and I'm not having this sort of problem in any of the other cryptic gams I play currently (such as STO) or any of the standalone games I'm playing currently (such as Skyrim).

Complaint: My Dodge/Shift function is broken. Whenever I go to shift with any of my characters my character gets hung up. It does this outside of combat and during combat. I'll double tap any of the directional keys (awsd) or hold the shift key down and hold the directional key, and sometimes it will do what I ask and other times it will just stop there and not move in that direction. It occurs regardless of what stamina amount I have. I can be full or I can be half way full, or empty. I've also noticed outside and inside of combat instant stamina drain. For no reason I'll go from having full stamina to no stamina, or my stamina bar will be full and when I go to shift the character (like with my Warlock Wer Motzer) to go faster it just locks up. It consistently does this when I'm inside of a red target area of an enemy essentially nerfing my character's ability to dodge incoming attacks. I've noticed when my stamina is full I'll get the message "you need stamina" in red letters to shift.

This is a massive bug that hasn't been addressed and I'm not the only one to have this issue. My mother, who I got into this game to help with Fibrofog and to keep up her reaction time, also has this issue, and my current roommate who plays with me is also having this issue. We've all submitted bug reports and nothing's been done. I first complained about this issue nearly six months ago, and I've repeatedly made bug reports. Yet nothing has been done to fix the issue.

At this point I'm very tempted to not play any more Neverwinter and demand a refund for the money spent in the zen store to build up my characters. If I can't play the game then why I should purchase anything from Cryptics or support them by letting them take my money for a product I can't use as intended?

Most likely an animation problem, your probably almost/halfway through an animation when you decide "oh dammit i need to move" Other than that you need to make sure you aint bouncing around to much because you only have a limited stamina supply.

As I said, I've already taken that into account. This is a genuine bug that needs to be fixed.

With the support ticket problem, as we're having the same problem, let's not forget that mod 5 has just been released, and from what I've seen, brought a whole tonne of bugs with it, we're both probably just pretty far down the list.

Have you tried reducing your graphic settings to minimum to see if you still experience the same shift/dodge issues.
If that does eliminate it then you may have graphic memory/texture/loading type issues.

I did do that, I also used the optimized settings that Nvidia suggests for the 560m I currently have in my laptop (Asus G74SX) I see the same problems. Also, bear in mind, that my mother on her laptop and my roommate on his desktop computer are having the same issues. So it is not my computer, or my ISP, it is not a problem on my end, but a problem on their end.

Furthermore, even with Module 5 being released, as I pointed out I already submitted tickets on this issue prior to its release going all the way back to June of this year. Yet I've heard nothing back from them. And while I've been able to work around it, the problem has become more pronounced and more of an issue with the recent release of Module 5.
