Draconic icon

Hi
I have Draconic scepter. It says it is part of a set with Draconic icon (set bonus gives +1800 HP). I can't find any reference to where to get the icon anywhere. Anyone knows where to get it?

    Draconic Icon is from the chests in Epic Shores of Tuern.

    I've gotten two from the non key chest in the past 100+ runs, a few times the key chest have it but I didn't want to waste a key.

    its taken me over 100 runs to get this icon from SoT chest, may take you the same. by then if you are starting now you are just better off waiting for tiamat to go live and picking up your favorite artifact weapon and getting the offhand from tiamat. Blue weapon + offhand is much much better, even green offhand may be better (due to set bonus). Don't know why but offhands are not very nice RNG wise, but helmets are very common in comparison.
