chilling presence+oppressor or still Thaumaturge for pvp?

As in the title.
After the first day I found Cw lesser squishy of what I thought, even if now they depend from shield, but I have to test if, after assailant nerf, oppressor and damage bonus from Chilling Presence could be viable.
since 6% dmg bonus each stack means 36% at 6 stacks, doubled because they are icecubed = a roughly 72% more damage. Not bad....
Does Anyone tryied it?
imagine a 25k ice knife on ice cube (25k + 18k = 43k)... °_°
