AP is currently expressed as %, and it currently makes statements as:
- Furious Intervention: You generate 2/4/6/8/10% AP when dealing damage.
highly ambiguous. Does it mean I generate 2-10 percent of the *Action Point bar* or does it add 2-10% to the *percent i would otherwise gain*? In other words, say I use a power that normally fills 15% of the bar when it hits an enemy, with this feat do I gain 25% (15% + 10% percent of the bar), or 16,5% (15% + 1,5%, that is 10 percent of the percent)? It's even hard to explain.
In this case it seems quite obvious that it's the second one, but there are many items and feats that add smaller percents and can be easily confused.
This was already hard, but the new module adds even more things that makes it worse.
Suggestion: change the AP bar to a fixed amount of named AP units (say 1000), and change the tooltips accordingly, keep the % where it is actually a %, and change it to "gain 50 action points when <conditions>" where it is a fixed amount?
Also: this happens every time a resource is expressed in %, like stealth and stamina, could we convert that to fixed units as well? This way we could finally see if all the stuff that adds % to stamina/guard/stealth actually works!

There should be differentiation between 10% MORE incoming healing and a flat 10% increase in crit chance for example.
I hope they would include the MORE word if it isn't a flat 10% increase
