Does using 1 Encounter/Daily Power fully spend Stealth Meter?

Long story short: Does using 1 Encounter/Daily Power fully spend Stealth Meter? Every time I activate Stealth & use 1 Encounter Power my Stealth Meter just reset to 0.

(you dont need to read this, but I just really have to type it)
So I have been reading quite a lot on TR these couple days & finally leveled him up to 10 and that question just struck me as I've thought all along that Stealth lasts for 5 seconds and within that 5 seconds I could use whatever Encounters I have to utilize its bonus (I planned to use 3 Encounters & 1 Daily within the 5 seconds of Stealth). Now where did I get that idea? Well, check out ALL the descriptions we have here (bear in mind I read everything from: In Game Live Server Tooltip, In Game Preview Server Tooltip, Wiki, just basically every source there is) and it goes along the line of:
Press "Tab" to enter Stealth, allowing you to move undetected for a short time. You have Combat Advantage against targets that aren't aware of you, and your encounter powers gain new effects.

At-Will Powers do not spend Stealth.

Lasts 5 seconds
.

You will see that there was Never a mention of Encounter/Daily Power fully spending Stealth. So is this a bug? or unmentioned mechanic that every TR is suppose to know?

Deft Strike and Lashing Blade deplete it instantly. As far as I know, it is an 'unmentioned mechanic that every TR is suppose to know?'
Only takes once to figure it out though. It is not a huge disadvantage. You can time it fine.. 'atwills/deftstrike/stealth/atwills/shadowstrike/stealth/atwills/lashingblade can be pretty effective in pve. You can throw your dailies in where ever you like since they are almost always ready to pop. Don't know if it is by design, but when I use Lurkers or Bloodbath, I always finish with a full stealth bar no matter where it was when I triggered it.

Of course we are all about to have to retrain... so your question is about to become very irrelevant.

Actually took me quite a while as I couldn't believe my eyes as there were 0 information about it.
    Thank you.

YW. I meant no insult, btw. I just meant that it only took one time of NOTICING it and saying WTF? XD. (I guess technically it took two or three times as I repeated it to make sure it wasn't a fluke.)

Yeah, most encounters end stealth (unless specified).

At-wills are being changed to drain stealth (need to drop from 15 to 10%)

I would guess dailies would end stealth, but I rarely cast them from stealth.

    They don't.

dailies do not auto deplete stealth, although if you hit bloodbath while in stealth, the meter still ticks(not sure if you still gain the stealth bonuses while performing attacks). if you choose master infiltrator as your paragon path, you get the invisible infiltrator, which when you use a daily, refills your stealth bar. i currently use this doing boss's, WR, stealth, PotB(yes i use this), SS, WR, BB, stealth,LB. i try and fit DF after each stealth but i have recently been trying out draconic gloves with the overload slot so stealth likes to run out before i can use my encounter powers, specially when dodging the red bits. but as mentioned. Mod % is just days away so get ready to forget everything you know :)

The short answer is yes. Though there are 2 encounters that don't drain stealth, but actually refill it. Those are Shadow Strike and Bait and Switch.
Stealth is one of the best class mechanics (though that might change in module 5) and you can use it defensively or offensively. In time will become second nature when to go into stealth and when to end it. Also there are ways to achieve permanent stealth, if that's your play style.
