2nd Double Refining Weekend?

Some players wrote it in different threads in the forum and some of my guildmates mentioned there would be a new double refining weekend at the 26.12.2014 but no one know where this rumor come from?
Or is it a comfirmed information and i am only to dumb to find the blogg entry?

    That would be a nice Christmas gift indeed. I missed the first 2x rp weekend event >_<. But on a side note from that link, great to see that the charity was completed first :)
