I just got back into the game after a year off. I turned level 60 and got instantly bored. I hate repetitive things. Well now I am getting in and I read on forums the best gear is Miracle healer so I got almost all of it. (Except for arms) And now I think what I read online was outdated and there is something better for me. What is better and what do I do at level 60? Where do I go? I have been to sharadar but its the same quests over and over again. Please put this in simple terms. (Currently sick and playing.)

Please give me a list of all gear as a Devoted Cleric. I prefer healing and being awesome at that. I like PVE, but also do some pvp and I like to solo as well. Anything would help.

Read these two guides from Kaelac, then come back to the forums with specific questions.

Mod 5 is bringing huge changes to DCs, and no one is quite sure what the best powers/rotation/etc. are for the new paradigm.

All I care about really is gear for now. What should I go for? What about the Draconic gear? Or should I stick with Miracle healer? What about weapons, icons, necklaces, rings and such?

Are they getting rid of devoted cleric all together?

It's not like they're getting rid of them, but after rework we'll have in mod5 (in 5 days!) it'll feel almost like a new class.
You may want to check preview server to see it for yourself, test new builds etc.

If you'll choose to be a healer, you'll be able to heal significantly better than now, however, in case you didn't realise it yet, healing is kinda useless now. Since mod 2 that introduced artifacts, overall gs rised much, which means everybody can keep themselves alive just fine, mostly with lifesteall, regen if you are a tank, and by overgearing content. Then we have healing artifacts, companions and whatnot. Not to mention warlocks...

Let's face the facts, clerics are here only because this game is based on D&D, their heals were never as important as most of them used to belive. The sooner you free yourself from this "clerics are healers" bias, the better for you. Buffs on the other hand are quite nice.

I strongly recommend the new dps tree, it is sweet :)

Oh and the best DC set always was and still is the High Prophet.

Thank you for putty that more simple. The guide above was confusing. (Yeah, I'm sick and reading sucks right now. But killing is okay.) This is the only game I have ever played cleric in because I love the range, dps, and the heal as the whole sunburst ability is pretty cool. I was playing before artifacts so I really don't know much about them.

Apparently I am an Oracle Cleric. I am not excited for new class ability and will probably fight to just stick similar to what I have now. Will they let us respect for free with the new tree? What is so awesome about the new tree?

Oh and I thought the draconic gear was like T3 gear and it seems to give higher stats then MH or HP gear.

If you are not determined to heal, you want to stick to DO path, because it has whatshisname ( I don't remember, I am AC) DoT at-will, which will proc that new dps feat nicely.

We should get a free full respec (forced even), the more reason to check preview - you don't want to waste zen later if you mess your build, right?

Now you can get more gs from other sources (each artifacts gives 1k, and then you have boons, and active companions, and more enchant slots in artifact gear), stats from armor set are not that important. Ergo - just choose the best set bonus (and the winner is HP). Draconic is good for healing, but you know, healing :/

Looking at my DO looks like I took the faithful path.

Why? I was under impression you didn't like healing much. Anyway, you can respec as many times as you want on preview server, so it should not be a problem.

you can check list of all armor on the game using CTRL + J

I don't think they will change DC armors at mod 5, probably will see new armor
its depend the set bonus or the stat u want
miracle healer have good set bonus, and with spamming divinity encounters it might give you lot of healing boost

for now many will recommend high prophet healer (I use one myself)
but I am not sure in mod 5 it will remain, even now its not good armor for pvp and I don't think will need all this recovery after the patch
