Combat HR Base Life steal?

What is a good base life steal amount for a PVE combat HR?

I'm looking to move some stats around, currently feels like it's more than sufficient. I have the DR Endless Consumption boon, Bloodletting and Battle Crazed combat feats. Currently at 1,121 base LS, 8.6% in ranged stance, 13.6% melee stance without Battle Craze activated.
Banshee (Devotion Justice Oathbound Paladin) - Crueladevil (Soulbinder Damnation Scourge Warlock) - Sindania Balefire (Master Infiltrator Trickster Rogue)

    As a stormwarden combat HR im doing fine at about 15% base life steal
