Which stone? Regardless of that.. it is worth it if you have the AD to spend. And as far as the Allure stone goes IF the slow effect is working these days. I don't know if it is. It works on blue and green, but last I knew it didn't work on purple.
If it does, I think if the hordes who are trying to kill you, do so more slowly, it is a good thing. The bonus stats it will give you are hardly noticeable.
Myself, I have different priorities. I will likely upgrade mine someday, but of all the things I have and want to upgrade, it is probably last in line.
And of course there are the dice to consider if you like to play that sword coast thing in the browser...
