Problems with the Masks.

"First off, the masks are really nice and the event is pretty fun.
My SO and myself bought a permanent mask and we are currently farming for the 6 masks needed for the companion.
Farmed for 12 hours yesterday and we are more than half way there.
Logged in today and my SO's mask is gone. Specifically the cat mask, the only mask she had, dyed and all.
Thinking that she might have accidentally thrown it away, highly unlikely but accidents do happen, she bought a new one.
Lo and behold after double clicking it to equip, its gone.
Submitted a bug report and filed a support ticket.
Sadly this won't be answered until the event is over so there goes 400 tokens.
Has this happen to any of you?"

When i double click on my masks, it dispappear and then I switch to Fashion gears view, the mask is there on my toon.

Selling the temporary masks at a vendor, accidentally clicking a permanent. Fortunately I caught it and did the "buy back" thing. Either that or: accidentally discarded, or it's hidden inside the mish-mash of colors that are the icons of your inventory.
Sadly not that too. First one disappeared. Second was just gone after double-clicking to equip.
Sent in a ticket and awaiting reply as of now.
