Problems with the Masks.

First off, the masks are really nice and the event is pretty fun.
My SO and myself bought a permanent mask and we are currently farming for the 6 masks needed for the companion.
Farmed for 12 hours yesterday and we are more than half way there.
Logged in today and my SO's mask is gone. Specifically the cat mask, the only mask she had, dyed and all.
Thinking that she might have accidentally thrown it away, highly unlikely but accidents do happen, she bought a new one.
Lo and behold after double clicking it to equip, its gone.

Submitted a bug report and filed a support ticket.
Sadly this won't be answered until the event is over so there goes 400 tokens.

Has this happen to any of you?

    are you sure it's gone? because i thought it disappeared for me too, but it was just a case where after relogging in the game switched automatically from the fashion tab to the regular one.

    hoping it's the same for you :)

    Sadly that's not the case. All fashion items other than the mask is still there.
    Checked bank, inventory and all, still nothing.
    Very disheartening, especially after farming for so long.

    Haven't bought one yet... but now maybe I'll wait.
    Be sure to look in Bug Reports and add a thread or comment as needed.

    Got a response but they asked for a screen shot, of a missing item.
    He was number 1.

    Either they're dense or they're not really reading it.

    They weren't really clear.
    They were asking for a screen shot of the NPC.
    My SO did not specify the exact name of "Cat Mask" which lead to the confusion.
