Help Me Calculate CON Please

On a GF:
If I have 29 CON, and 16K HP comes from gear, what will my final HP be?
What about 30 CON, with 22K coming from gear?

On a DC:
If I have 23 CON, with 5k HP from gear, what is my final HP?

    Problem is.. there is toughness feat that also further increase max HP based on %. Dont know exactly how the feat & ability score interact..

    Each Con point above 10 gives 380 Hp (760 on GF)

    With toughness its ~420 (840 on GF)
