Custom chat tabs broken?

I created a few custom chat tabs and whenever I talk with a merchant it forces me into the log tab and all my customs are no where to be seen. They are still in the customize menu, but do not show in the drop down in the chat window. Anyone else dealing with this?

yes it happened to me too.. quite annoying having kept kicked about to the log tab
