Need Help on My CON (GF)

1. If my CON stat is 29, and 14,569 HP comes from my gear, what will be my final HP?
PLEASE help me answer this.

2. How do GF's with 30 CON, with 20k coming from gear, have more than 59k HP? None comes from a stone, BTW.

    I have 26 con, 3540 HP from gear, 1500 Hp from boons, i have also remove ioun stone and got 40K HP.

    So 26 CON give me in fact 34960 HP and we know 26 CON = +64% HP
    So base HP is 21317 (34960/1.64).

    If i raise my con to 30, i will got +80% hp mean 21317 * 1.8 = 38370

    + 3540 (gear) + 1500 (boons) + 2000 (ioun) + 1830 (artifact belt of CONS) = 47240

    + 9 slot for enchant (1200*9=10800) = 58040

    It's near the 59K hp, and i don't have calculate with the +9% hp from toughness (heroic feat), and my gear is not BI or dragoon (who got good HP pool)

    What would it be if my CON stat was 31?
