Just looking for information regarding what happens when characters/players are harassed in game. I've reported it before via the in game help menu/tickets, but I have no idea if it's addressed at all. Does anyone contact the player that submits a ticket? Is there a place to submit chat logs or screen shots? Maybe I'm just blind and haven't found the procedures. Again this pertains just to in game only. I think the moderators on the forum do a pretty good job about dealing with it here.
Thanks for any official information.

When you either file a support ticket or report bad behavior in game a customer service representitive looks into the situation.
The specifics of what is logged is proprietoaary but chat logs for at least a few minutes prior to the report is more than likely filed. I will have to see if the CM's can give us some conclusive details such as 'yes the chat logs are filed' but I would be extremely surprised if they are not.
However you are always free to provide whatever additional evidence you like be it a screenshot or a video link.
As to what happens to people who behave badly, it depends on the severity and frequency of the infraction.
Whenever you contact support you will get an response if you allow PWE to send you e-mails notifying you that your report was received and will be looked into. However what happens after you file the report is between PWE and the reported person as per the privacy policy. You will never know what actions were taken against them as this would be an infringement of that user's privacy.
Thanks. I was more curious as to what I, the reporter of the issue, could do/provide and what they, PWE I guess, needed to handle such issues, especially when the harassment to someone or their character is sexual in context/nature.

You may provide any evidence you like whether it is a screen shot or chat logs but they likely will have eneough to investigate it on their own ends no matter what.
The one thing I meant to say in my previous post which I of course forgot was the use of the ignore list. Players can't harass you if they can not speak to you. Whenever you feel you are being harassed or offended in any way please take advantage of the ignore list.
Racist comments as well as any derogatory terms used against any group of people are almost assured to have actions taken against them. Generally, in my experience, animations and visuals are less likely to have actions taken against them. Animations and visuals may be patched if it becomes a serious problem but generally companies don't tend to take action against people who are doing things that are up to interpretation such as using animations or are wearing armor/clothing they were provided by the company to wear.
But again that is my experience with the matter in other games. PWE, like basically all other games, has never put a definitive yes and no on the rules as it really is a case by case basis.
Snipped off everything below Ambi's second response and closing this thread down. Please don't discuss wrongdoing or violations on the forum. Instead, use the GM Help in-game menu (GM Help > Behavior) and/or the support website to report the harassing user.
