Neverdeath Graveyard - Game keeps crashing

The problem started today when I took my daily missions and went to Rothé Valley and to my surprise when I finished the Forged in Fire mission the chest did not open.
Until then no problem for me so I decided to go to Neverdeath Graveyard and to my my surprise I can not get on the map and the game keeps crashing when trying to enter the map.
My English is bad but I'll try to detail my problem with short phrases for easy understanding.
I seek an option to solve this problem without having to reinstall the game because I will not have the animo to download Neverwinter again.
Until then no problem for me so I decided to go to Neverdeath Graveyard and to my my surprise I can not get on the map and the game keeps crashing when trying to enter the map.

- The chest of the mission Forged in Fire did not open to finish the mission.
- When trying to enter the map Neverdeath Graveyard the game continues crashing.
- The program that reports the error can not collect my information to send and freezes trying to collect them.
- I tried to use the Force Verify option but did not report any error and start the game normally and try to enter the map "Neverdeath Graveyard" the game is still crashing.
I seek an option to solve this problem without having to reinstall the game because I will not have the animo to download Neverwinter again.
