The new artifact necks and belts don't have the main stat warlocks use (CON/CHA) and have a strong DPS bonus.
The new artifact offhand provides no damage increase either while all other classes gain a huge damage increase on something useful.
SWs use CON/CHA as main stat and would like to actually deal more damage on their set bonuses
Warding curse? No one uses that in PvE...

before adding to the poor signal to noise ratio of the feedback being given.
Does this include rolling the ability score bonuses on the belt?
