Which artifact belt - CON or CHA?

Which artifact belt would provide a better overall increase in DPS? CHA provides crit and CA while CON is overall % damage...

    To be honest, either are viable. Neither is going to give you a dps advantage. I run a fury SW with the Cha belt with Syrreth a lot. http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?736131-Syrreth-Scourge-Warlock-Guide-by-quot-Leeroy-Jenkins-quot-of-GWF-Fame-)

    We have the same build for feats and all, other then I have 2 more points as a human.
    The difference are he has ranks 10s and I have rank 9s
    I use a Cha belt.
    He uses a Con belt.
    I have higher crit rate.
    He has more power and HPs then I do.
    We both have the same gear sets.
    I have more defense, he has more power ( our own choices)
    We both have P vorps and the same crit sev.

    With the above said, when we are both using the same gear set in a dungeon we run neck and neck depending on how hard we are trying and what is actually going on around us in real life, as well as if one or the other is lagging.

    We stay so close on paingiver chart or my parses, that either is a viable and will perform equally well. But I have to note we do have slightly different gear set ups as far jewelry and gear on our augment pets.

    An aside note, even though he has more HPs my tankier gear aka much higher Defense, allows me to survive better, in dungeon groups we compliment each other too well. I am not saying he dies a lot, as he does not.

    He might chime in as well on this.

    Just note :
    4 con 4 % more DPS for SW and (1600 more hp what is not soo great).
    GWF 3700Ilvl Éjsötét & ProPala 3200Ilvl Menydörgés (main) & Szürkefarkas 2600 ilvl

    Well i dont like the charisma belt because of the deflec stat - i reallyreally dont need that in my build - so Con is the one i *want* but yeah its costy.
    I will respec and add 2 more points to charisma and take it from Con in advance i think

    Btw: Dont buy belts now unless u want it real bad. Droprate will be increased next mod (prices will sink)
