I havent received zen rewards.

has anyone else not gotten any? people are telling me i may have used "steam" i dont think i used steam i used the transition on the website.

    I got them at the reward claim agent in Protector's Enclave,
    but received no message that they where there.
    Should be a bonus too. ;)

    They are at the rewards claim agent. Look through the tabs to find them.

    Whether you get them or not depends hugely on when you purchased/transferred your Zen Points into Neverwinter. The offer didn't begin until 10 A.M. Thursday (Pacific TZ) and it ended at 10 A.M. Monday (Pacific TZ). If you purchased your Zen directly in ARC or ARCGames.com after the promo started and before it ended then you need to submit a support ticket to have it looked at.

    If you used the Perfect World Wallet system then it does't matter when you bought your Zen, you had to *transfer* it into neverwinter after the promo started and before it ended. If you did this, then submit a support ticket.

    If you purchased your Zen Point is Steam - you will not receive the promo rewards, Steam purchases do not qualify.

    If you sold Astral Diamonds for Zen that Zen does not quality, you must transfer *new* Zen into neverwinter and it must be transferred into Neverwinter after the promo started and before it ended.

    TL;DR:

    Unqualified
    Qualified
    Disqualified

    Steam/AD-to-Zen/Cash-to-Zen before start of promo = unqualified
    NEW ZEN (except Steam and AH) into Neverwinter after 10 AM Pacific Thursday->
    QUALIFIED FOR REWARDS
    <-NEW ZEN (except Steam and AH) into Neverwinter before 10 AM Pacific Monday
    Steam/AD-to-Zen/Cash-to-Zen After end of promo = disqualified

    Make sure to check the "promo tab" -- you'll see lots of things in each tab. The storm rider is the only thing in my first tab, too.

    First of all - Check the Claim agent and browse through the tabs. Not there? Well, go ahead an create a support-ticket.

    EDIT: Haha, quick updating in this thread, everybody writing the same..
