i got hacked

please help immediately i played and some message came up, " you have log in from somewhere else" and i kept log in and this message kept appear my character start dissappeared one by one (deleted) and now my main character got rob of perfect vorpal and lesser soulforged...please help username <<removed>> this happend last 10 minutes ago from when i post

    Open a ticket and they will probably give you a toon rollback. This happened to me and they rolled back all toons on my account to the pre-hack state. Then virus scan/change password etc

    This has already been addressed in the same thread you posted in General Discussion: Forum personnel cannot assist you in account matters. You must send in a support ticket and CS will help you. Be aware, though, that return of your items is not guaranteed.

    Also--again--do NOT post your account details in the open.
