System says I've bought too many items off AH today; haven't bought any in >24 hours

This was the answer I got in the ticket:

Needless to say, I'm a touch miffed that the GM involved couldn't be bothered to read or acknowledge the subject of my ticket (the same as this thread), but that's beside the point -- it's been a couple days since I could purchase anything in-game from the AH. Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?

    Curiously, I was just able to buy a Mask of the Nefarious Theurgist, Cloak of the Ashmadai, and Mindflayer Belt without issue, but attempting to purchase anything else from the Nefarious Theurgist set still triggered the error, even if the price was cheaper than the mask.

    I think the first half a dozen replies you get are from bots that scan for key words and send a standard response.

    I once got a reply advising me to refrain from "racial slurs", and I never made any such comment that could ever be considered a "racial slur", which indicates to me it was from a Bot that misread a typo.

    You can have problems like this if your account is on probation, but if you have characters at level 60, I don't think there is a limit to your AH spending. It's probably just a temporary glitch, so I hope the items are still there for you tomorrow.

    Well, the Xvim Slayer Belt is more useful on the road to 60 -- it's been three days now, and I still can't buy it off the AH ;)

    Do you have any characters at level 60 at all? If not, that is the problem. You can buy expensive stuff but not cheap stuff. Bizarre logic, but it is meant to stop bots and gold farmers.

    Not yet, but I'd say the problem is more that the game's understanding of a day is shoddy at best.

    Until you reach 60 on any character on that account, that cap is in place.

    Since this is not considered a bug, but rather a security measure, I'm closing this thread down. If, after reaching 60, you are still having this problem, please contact CS and explain your situation in detail.
