Real money VS ZEN

i was thinking of geting some ZEN curentie.
but there is only 1 thing that botters me.
what is the ration from money vs ZEN.

cant find on website, or it is deep hidden as a secret.

    1 usd = 100 zen https://billing.arcgames.com/en/charge/exchange

    Anything else is going to depend on your particular country's rate of exchange.

    Depends - you can check the item description - but most items are tradable (except for example mounts)

    got for 15 euro 1226 zen, but, how long till i get it?

    You should get your ZEN within 24 hours. Also, if your account is new and this is your first time purchasing ZEN, you may be under account probation per this thread, which means anything you purchase with that ZEN is bound to account.

    aah, acording the log it worked.
    but i need to transfer it to the correct game (this case, neverwinter)
    still need to do that xD, lets see how i do that !, thnxs quick help
    (edit) found.
    but what server am i on ? where can i check that.

    It should show up as just "Neverwinter" for the server. (But for the record, the shard is called "Dragon")

    awh, it seemd i am not able to redeem the 1st time buyers pack :(:(
    this character is unable to purchase this item :/

    I'd give that about 24 hours and then file a support ticket if you cannot claim the pack within that time.

    In spite of it showing at the rewards agent and the Zen store, that item comes in an ingame mail.

    If you would have looked at the item under "Free" in the ZEN store, it clearly states that the pack would arrive via ingame mail after transferring 500 ZEN via ARC. Therefore, no bug is in play here.

    Be Wary!
    All your items might be bound - BoP - from the ZEN shop.
    There are some algorithms that you are not told about that determine if the ZEN shop items you buy are BoP or tradeable.

    a m8 bought an 25 euro paysafecard, but how does that work ?
    wil he get now for 25 euro on ZEN, or only the ammount as in shoose amount ?

    well.
    what you want, its free to play.
    if you buy stuff, you support the game.
    i play tons of other stuff, ok, the beginning was borred, but now, i start to like it.
    AND !
    the MAP creator is a super bonus for map builders !

    When he redeems the card, the website will tell him the amount of ZEN he will be able to get.

    Don't order via your mobile 'phone - use the PC you will be playing on.

    Also be aware that, in the name of "Security", they may pull all sorts of stunts like binding Zen items to your account so you cannot trade them, not letting you exchange Zen for Astral Diamonds and not letting you spend Astral Diamonds at the Auction House until they have "verified" your purchase - particularly if you buy your Zen from an official seller that takes a cut from PWE, such as Steam.

    Where did you get that amount for €15?

    Your Zen should be transferable within a few minutes, but sometimes takes a bit longer. For a first time purchase, there might be a longer delay.

    Well, I am glad you got it. Enjoy your purchases.

    But I'd suggest using the link I posted next time, as you'll get a better deal buying Zen directly from PWE. Also look out for the promotions where they give extra bonuses.

    I am also looking to purchase ZEN for neverwinter, but when I go to buy ZEn with my MC, it doesn't show neverwinter as a game to select. Also how do I find out what server I am on when I play, I do play with my wife in game and we are on the same server but sometimes differnet instance and I have to transfer which I know how to do thankfully. But all in all a fun game so far. I want the ZEN for my wife as a small gift for her.

    You buy the Zen first, it ends up in a "wallet" and then you choose what game it should be transferred to.

    The Map Instance is just one of multiple copies of the map on a particular server. You and your wife and you will be on the same server, just a different map instance as it's random which one you actually enter. Most map instances can have 20 different players. I think Protector's Enclave can have 150 players per "instance".

    You can see the server on the splash panel before you log in, or it should say on the log-in page, where it lists your characters. I play on the Dragon server.

    From what I have seen, there is the Dragon Server for EU and USA, and another for Russia; but there may be more, so check first.

    Mimic is the preview, test server. There is another called owlbear, but I don't know what that is.

    As long as you transfer the Zen to the correct server you'll be fine, but I do not know how you can transfer it to another account as a gift.

    I only get a choice of two servers for Zen transfer - Dragon and the Russian one (I am in the UK).
