Lesser Tidespan potions disappearing from inventory when taken from mail

I bought like 20 of them and when I take them from the mail they just disappear. I wont take any more from the bank till you fix this please. Where are they going? They show up in my bag for less than 1 second then are gone. I have tried relogging, changing characters and they are still gone.

I need these potions to advance in Alchemy. If I can't buy them then I cant advance. As of this moment I still have 6 in my mail and I don't want to claim them just to have them disappear on me.

Please address this as this is not a little bug but a potentially big one. I cant imagine someone having T2 gear disappearing on them after a purchase.

btw, some others apparently have the same issue, I was ticket 1 million something regarding this.

So far I have lost 23 Lesser tidespan potions from the mail (3 you can see I collected but left the mail in my box after I realized the issue) and have 5 more unclaimed.

Did you check your belt/potion slots? If you have the potion slotted in an item slot (or if one of your belt slots was empty to start with), the potions will appear briefly in your bag, then disappear to be stacked into the belt item slots.

Good call there. I forgot to check but when I did they were not there. The thing is I watched them go into my first bag slot then disappear. They are MIA. I dare not take anything else from the mail box until this is resolved
