So my account was just hacked. I just wanted a nice quiet night. I walked away for a few minutes, my husband said my account logged out. Thought nothing of it. Then wait, I wasn't gone 15 minutes. I log back in, and low and behold, I am in a party with someone. I take a screen shot as fast as I possibly can, of me at a mail box, with him in the party. I just got a screen shot of his character sheet. But my guild bank is empty. My AD is all gone, my AH items are all gone. WEEKS of grinding, all gone. What do I do now? There was NEVER an email sent to me that I was logged in at a different location, as my phone never dinged. Nothing was sent to me. How is this possible? How do I get my stuff back? I have to wait weeks now? I mean, everything is gone. I had all pages in a guild bank full except the last one. WEEKS OF GRINDING.
Oh and so all can see, here is their character and guild name which I can not find.
Best to report it to Cryptic and make a support ticket.
Might be a personal attack from a person who happens to know your password. I don't think botters feel the need to equip their toons with epics
Do you use similar passwords in other sites or did you log in a different area?
Unfortunately, this thread will get closed with your issue being unresolved. Cryptic's customer service is VERY hit and miss.

For what it's worth, their support is much better than it was in the first few months of release. One of my guild is had his account compromised by an old friend who knew his password and looted his account. Support was able to get in touch with him in a few hours and managed to rollback his account. He did follow the instructions for getting help to the letter, though.
No on except my husband, and it is different ehn my email pass. SO he got caught before he could finish, he took all my zen and ad, and my guild bank, and then bought one potion for all the ad I had, and didnt have a chance to delete the ingame mail.
His name is <for Support Staff Eyes Only>.
Look how easy I made it for you guys.

Customer Support is not and can not be handled through the forums. Customer Service will be more than willing to look at any evidence you can provide as well as resolving the situation the best they possibly can.
If you have any further questions on how to contact customer service then please PM a member of the Community Team and we will assist you but again we can not assist in any account related issues.
