Why not?, It is incredibly punishing, with such a low percentage and few encounters that drop them :/

    I fully support this; it's what should have been there from the beginning.

    Well actually, newer players could farm directly for the arms/main hand, at least, for a little while. It's what everyone is doing now.
    And the older players probably would have enough AD to buy the drops.

    Just an idea here: what about buying them from the Zen market?
