.
This is where the Tool Tips and in-game descriptions can be really frustrating:
Dagger Threat
Your Ranged Dagger Attacks deal
more damage when you are within 20 feet of your target(s).
How much more damage? 0.001%? 500%? Like, what?
Razor Action
After activating a Daily Power, you fling daggers into nearby targets.
How near? How many daggers? How mant targets? How much damage do they do?
Advantageous Position
After leaving Stealth, you briefly maintain Combat Advantage and take reduced damage from ranged attacks.
How briefly? 1 second? 6 seconds? How much Damage reduction?
If anyone can tell me the answers, I'd be eternally grateful.
If Cryptic can update the descriptions in the next patch to give accurate and precise information, I'd be just as grateful.
Cheers!

Complete overhaul and class rework... should be revealed and hit preview shard by this tuesday.
Dagger Threat: 15% damage increase to all ranged attacks you deal, within 20 feet. The distance requirement is a pretty big risk to take nowadays, but still the only really useful class feature.
Razor Action: Absolute trash that merely tickles even the weakest of mobs. You can't even kill a Powrie with this thing.
Advantageous Position: slight bit of damage increase for around 5 secs after leaving stealth, but the damage decrease effect is worthless
If you know something to be broken, stop using it.
Otherwise, you've got no right to be speaking of 'balance.'
Hmm.
I think this is how the TR got nerfed so bad.
When there are multiple Executioner feats adding over 25% Crit and big damage boosts, an MI Executioner with good gear must have been quite a DPS beast for a while.
But instead of balancing Feats and Class Features, they just nerfed the base damage for all TR Paragons and builds.
At least, that seems to be what they did.
My MI can stay in stealth while hitting training dummies MUCH more easily than my Perma-Speced WK. Gloaming Cut with the Feat that adds 10% Stealth per hit does that. Does not apply in PvP, but certainly does in dungeons.
And completely refilling the Stealth meter when using a Daily Power also helps.
My WK has Sneak Attack, Tenacious Concealment, Tactics, Dagger Threat and Razor Action (plus Seething Knives).
I am not certain yet, but I think Dagger Threat and Tenacious Concealment are working best. Although, I miss the run speed from Sneak Attack. The MI gets a Run Speed boost from Skillful Infiltrator, without even being in Stealth!
What would you recommend?
For PvE, your preferenced.
For PvP, like it or not Sneak Attack is a must, since WK's are also in absence of an extra movement speed buff, unlike how well-endowed the MIs are. Hence it's a pick between TenCon., Dagger Threat and Tactics, according to situation.
My "default" setup is Sneak Attack-Dagger Threat. If the enemy team has a lot of strong-defense classes where 15% extra damage wouldn't make much difference, then I switch to SA-Tactics. In some cases where I'm expecting a lot of TR vs TR action, then Ten.Con if needed be.
If you know something to be broken, stop using it.

I use Sneak Attack and Tenacious Concealment, and sometimes switch TC out with Dagger Threat (situation dependent of course).
16K Master Infiltrator TR - Shadowshiv
15K Iron Vanguard Sentinel GWF - Viktor Kurgan
13K Control Wizard - Selene
See you all on the battlegrounds!
I still do not have many boons from Sharandar or Dread Ring on these TRs, but both have the Battlefield Skulker's set for +25% Stealth, +450 Life Steal and +5% damage when Stealthed.
And they both have the Spymaster's Elegant Dagger and Ceremonial Shiv (which are better than the Mulhorand items they had) and the two together give a +450 Critical Strike bonus.
So, they're getting there!
Just need to do enough PvP to get another Blood Crystal and a full set of Profound Scoundrel armour. Not sure whether to go for the weapons as well, or keep the ones I have.
But the overhauls to TR and DC are due soon, aren't they?
Relatively speaking, the MI seems fine as it is. But the WK could do with some love. It seems to need more skill to master and certainly better timing.
