Unable to Authenticate?

When trying to log into Neverwinter, I keep getting the "Unable to Authenticate" message.

My caps lock key is off, and the password is very correct. What is the deal?

    The servers are down for maintenance. You should also see the red text on the launcher telling you this, too.

    Perhaps, and this is just a humble guess. But perhaps its because of server maintenance. Just saying.

    They are doing work on the account server so we probably won't be able to patch until close to the end of maintenance.

    Uh... it's down for maintenance. Like it always is on this day at this time. =)
    They are also doing account server maintenance this go-round, so things may seem a bit different to what you are used to.

    I know it's been nearly a month since this thread was posted in, but it's happening again, at least to me... But this time the server isn't down (As far as I can tell anyway...) and my password is definitely correct. Just tried to restart my PC juuuuuust in case that had anything to do with it but nada... anyone else getting the same issue?
