Looks like cogentco/crypt is having issues again... Been having issues all day..

    Still having issues.. cogentco seems to be the blame.

    Im having the same problem, are you with Bell?

    Yes i use bell, but the issue isnt with bell, if it did there would be a issue between leaving my pc and the handoff from bell to cogentco. The "*" on the cogentco hubs means theres a issue.
    The issue seems to be with cogentco.
    Im still having rubberband issues, and same issues with cogentco hubs.

    Still having issues, i even sent a ticket in.. and havent even gotten a response.
    The xp event is on and i cant even enjoy my time playing. all i see is a giant wall with a painted door with a sign that says " open for help"
    Im so tired of looking for help and its never there, im lost as to what to do now...

    Packet loss is almost always bad when it occurs at the final destination. Packet loss happens when a packet doesn't make it there and back again. Anything over 2% packet loss over a period of time is a strong indicator of problems. Most internet protocols can correct for some packet loss, so you really shouldn't expect to see a lot of impact from packet loss until that loss starts to approach 5% and higher. Anything less than this is showing a possible problem, but one that is probably not impacting your experience significantly at present (unless you're an online gamer or something similar that requires 'twitch' reflexes)

    I have the exact same issue and I'm with Bell in eastern Ontario. The problems seems to have started a couple of weeks ago around the time of the end of the Siege of Neverwinter. The game is unplayable now for me.

    Cryptic dont like Bell, i cant even do dailies/innvoking. i can only just do professions through gateway and hope for a fix.

    People that aren't on bell are also reporting issues now it seems. I don't think its Bell Canada's issue as every other mmo I play is playable through them.

    I don't know if this helps but sometimes it's PWE servers just getting overloaded during an event where everyone is playing but most of the time I find it is my isp. The connection will look fine in a trace route or ping and all the speedtests report good but they have what my service supv tech called a "pulse" i think where every few seconds or minutes the connection just dies and then it's great again. It's a real pain in the butt to find and fix and because I have an ongoing customer relationship with this supervisor I learn a lot about this stuff. Try hitting enter for chat and typing netgraph 2 and hit enter you will get a graph of your pings on the left and readout on the left as you play, if you see it going high every so often chances are your ISP is having the same problem and since it only affects streaming like games and stuff until enough people complain they won't even admit there's a problem most of the time

    I don't know what happened..... but for the last two days all of these problems have dissapeared for me. I'm sure it will break tomorrow.

    I've been having the same issue for quite some time. Constant rubberbanding, "server not responding" messages,
    disconnects, and the like.

    I can go to my browser and hit other websites just fine, and speed tests also appear to be fine. It's just this game.
