Limit on posting items on some of my characters...

Hi I have 6 characters and 3 are at 60..One of my characters which I play as my main will only let me list 9 items at a time whilst my other characters can list 22, 31, 19, 33, 40 at a time.. Why is this? Does anyone have any idea why? And is there anyway to fix it?

    found the answer it was because i had expired items in my mailboxes that I didn't collect
