Can't connect to the game...

I just got DCed and now I can't connect to the game. Launcher said it tried connecting a few times but another error pops up saying to check my internet or contact tech support. Anyone else having this problem right now?

    I have the same problem, still can't log in at arc until now.

    I have the same problem. I was levelling my alt in Neverdeath area and suddenly dc'ed.

    There is also a guy posting on reddit with a link to this post. He said he filed a ticket.

    I can connect just fine, have you tried the standalone launcher?

    Yes, I still can't. I also tried accessing the gateway, arcgames main website and game websites, arc launcher, neverwinter gateway and main website, still no good.

    I meant the launcher that doesn't use arc.

    Maybe its a regional thing for whatever reason? I logged in just fine which is why I'm not sure why you can't.

    I am that guy. And I dont think it is regional coz I own a lan cafe and it is properly working there - no problem at all, but it is not working here in my home. Same ISP.

    What is your ISP? Also what country?

    I am from Philippines and I am using PLDT here in my home and in my lan cafe.

    my lil bro is in the philippines now, he can't log in to neverwinter nor gateway, I think he also have the same ISP as you.

    I'm from Philippines too,
    Still can't log-in using launcher/direct client/arc, but I can access my account on gateway
