Does the 2x xp event cover pvp dom?

Does the 2x xp event cover pvp dom? Cause im not really seeing any difference in xp rewards.. will do a bunch more incase its just me.

    I just tested out foundry during the foundry hour, i am not getting 2x EXP. It seems the 150% exp bonus from foundry hour does not stack with this 2x EXP event. Best to stick to regular quests instead.
