Unable to authenticate

I can not enter the server.
someone else with the same problem?

    Yeah, same here. Been trying to get help with support ticket, but no luck yet. I can login as usual on Gateway, so it's apparently a launcher issue.

    EDIT: I've tried to:
    -restart the router,
    -restart the notebook,
    -flush the DNS,
    -verify compatibility/admin mode
    -check firewall,
    -enable safe mode & force verify (which doesn't help because it won't patch if i can't login),
    -login with steam and with arc,
    nothing seems to work.

    It's not just Neverwinter... I'm getting the same "unable to authenticate" with the Star Trek Online & Champions Online launchers as well. ARC, the ARCgames site and Neverwinter Gateway all log in fine ... it's just the actual games that are failing to authenticate.
    It's been like this for me for the last 6+hrs. :(

    dont know if its the same problem but I have one character that cant be loaded, I played him earlier today but now I have been trying to log on him for like 5 hours now with the same disconect and back to login screen. the other characters in the account are fine. only my sw is having a problem.

    I'm able to login now, no idea what caused it

    EDIT: Still having trouble ingame, but at least i can login at the launcher.

    So some of you guys have even hit the "unable to authenticate" wall.. that sucks. Im still at the "mega lag/rubberbanding" phase with a few disconnects here and there. I started having these issue right after last night maintenance.

    Yo Cryptic, isnt maintenance something you do to avoid problems? Seems you go against the mainstream and introduce problems during maintenance instead.
