Int and str belt? I don't know of any build that uses those 2 stats primarily

Sounds like one of those belts isn't suited for your toon in which case I would say don't buy the belt that you don't want in the first place.

    depends which class u are.
coz defence slot doesnt unlock until legendary so u lose stats.

if u cant upgrade it to legendary i dont see the point using it in many cases
legendary, epic weapon is way better upgrade.

    Congrats for the belt!

You should be happy with it. Me and most other people that got a belt in time for the even had to pay 6-8 millions for theirs. 4 millions is great.

Also Int belt is probably BiS for CW, unless you are trying something real cheezy such as 50K Hp with Con belt and use Tenes.

And even then. Int belt is still Biz. Considering how Tenes work.

Previously when they were unmitigatable this build might have been good. But with them being affected by Dodge, Defense (Including Tenacity), deflect and only hitting for a % of your current HP. They are not worth slotting in my opinion.

Well they were bought up and being sold at a higher price, they were cheaper before.
PS good luck dealing with the ZAX backlog.

How the heck does anyone accrue 6-8 million AD? I have a hard time maintaining 300k from Leadership and dailies. Is it mostly playing the AH?

If you played during the early parts of this game when dungeons were actually worth running and stuff was selling for close to a million AD, you'd easily have 6-8mil AD (and much much more).

I try to maintain my supply by playing the AH now but even that is getting harder.

It's primarily from getting and selling purple loot from dungeons. That is the ONLY way to gain a large amount of AD... unless you're rich, and simply sell ZEN.

I've bought two belts for the characters I play, and I just learnt it's going to be outdated in a month or so. Awesome! Now gear has to be completely rebuilt every module! I might as well have stayed with my good old CN belts for a couple of modules before this settles down. I'd be 6M richer than I am now... :(

congrats bro, they just released new belts xD

I could use your enchants if you quit the game

The new belts will be 2/2 stats and not 4 Int ect.

Also, The Stat allocation will be different as well.

    Regardless:

New mod is 1-3 Artifacts to level. Again.

WRONG, the new belts will be a 3/2 stats total of 5

Never had 6-8 million but in the 7 digits. I sell many, many pairs of pants.

No, originally yes it was planned to give 3/2 ability score allocation.. but it's gonna be changed to 2/2 as pointed out by our system designer graalx3

Given only 4 new belts every class is not going to get the exact pair of stats that they desire.

Making all of the stats on artifact equipment dynamic is a decent idea, within limits, but it will take much more time to implement than we have before launch.

The base attributes given by the new belts have been lowered to +2/+2 at Legendary quality.

I will still be pursuing Twined Rope of Dexterity as a HR because the stats on all the new belts are sub-optimal plus I don't have any of the artifacts that match the set and I'm not planning on on chasing them up either. The set bonuses might be attractive but the stats are rubbish IMO.
