When I open the Neverwinter Preview shard, I get this error message at the bottom of the screen right before character select. Click the image to open to see the error code in larger text.
The remaining images I provide are not displayed in the forum because of their size, so I opted to give links instead. The screenshots were taken when Neverwinter was running on absolute minimum quality graphics.
The loading screen is slightly distorted, as shown in the link below.

Once Neverwinter loads I saw that my GUI is incredibly distorted.

Opening the character screen shows some random lines that make it slightly more difficult to view stats/attacks/etc.

I don't understand what is causing this, but it is most definitely a problem. The biggest issue is the distortion of the Action Point/Stamina GUI. I believe the display of the Stamina bar didn't even decrease when I tested on my HR, although in actuality Stamina was used up at the regular speed so my character could no longer dash. This is a critical bug and must be fixed!

I also am experiencing the same problem, I sent my images to their support techs, but received no help, I was told it was a problem with outdated graphic drivers, I attempted to update my drivers only to find they are no current updates for them, I checked other forums and found that it seems to be a problem for alot of people. I dont believe the error will be fixed by just updating graphic drivers, I hope they fix it soon though, I havent been able to play since Aug 2014.
Since mod 4, new UIscale bugs have rendered certain bits of the interface totally useless. I run at 1.5 (screwed up eyes, high res monitor ), and all the vendor requesters are totally useless. I have to change the UI scale to 1.0 before I can buy injury kits, or claim things from the claims agent etc.. Easily reproducible- like they didn't test any changes to this code at all.
-adding Neverwinter on my exceptions list on my antivirus ( c'mon that wont do squat)
-running the game in safe mode
-force verify patching
-deleting the gamePrefs file
-sending them a dxdiag file for review
-updating viddeo drivers (already up to date, first thing i checked on my own.... c'mon now)
-un-installing and re-installing, plus fresh patching.
-running minimum, then running maximum settings (not sure what that would do...)
-Sent them a HijackThis log
-updated Java and Flash Player, along with my internet browser (firefox)
and lastly going to the in-game video setting and HAMSTER around with the Direct3d settings
so far NONe of these steps have worked......so... any suggestions?
