The problem with middle class

Here is a few thing I hear in other Arc games about neverwinter I want you to keep these in mind when you overview this masterpost of my sugestions where I give people the opertunity to defend the item staying as is.
Please note "because the GM's are too bussy" and "because its stupid" are not valid reasons.
-"I dont want to spend the entire game in neverwinter fighting lag."-
-"My system meets the requirements but the game keeps crashing me."-
-"I want to play Neverwinter but my computer is a dinosaur and i had tospend the money I wanted to update it with on car repairs."-
there are more but if i list them all this post would only be why these players are not in game.
The problem is as a middle class citizen we are expected to hold up the welthy with our income this leaves little to no income for us to even afford a $300-$400 dollar laptop none the less a $1,000.00+ computer system. Fact is most of these people only have about $200.00 they can afford to spend on a computer. The phrase "just get a new computer" is an actual insult. Keep in mind FOR MY JOB I am plaining on getting a better system but right now the system I have mirros what most of the players that want to play the game have at worst, the cheap POS form wallmart.
here are a few sugestions that RIGHT NOW can help the lag issues that are keeping these players away but other players will have to suck it up thus the reason these things are being sugested and players can DEFEND their reason to not have these changes.
~No player shrines in town, the IC excusse is that some gods are feelign more favored than others causing issues with the devine, OOCLY there is allready a shrine in town where players can pray to their god and players are healed soon as they enter town. There is no excusse alive to keep player shrines in neverwinter (the town not the game in general).
~No mounts in town, if new players can fight the lag to play the game and run thrug town on foot so too can bigger players, lazzyness is never an excusse. IC excusse can be lord nevermenber being upset about all the hosrses in his damed throneroom.
~spell effects control, some spell effects get too out there outragious makeing a low def version of them would help plaers systems adapt better this can be a toggleing thing but in general yes it needs to have some grafics control over it.
~SPAM CONTROL!!!every player in this game has asked you control the spam bots there are ways im sure you know of the "spam island" concept. prehaps you can do something similuar toa Squelch here one repot blocks on all players.
there are dozzens more but for now I will let players comment on the ones provided since these ones are the largest contributors to the conection problems.

You can't play this on iphone wifi hotspots and stuff like that, you need your own broadband connection.
if one fails,
2) Turn down graphics to a level that runs for you
if those fail
3) Drink some awesome beer, watch football, call your girl. Take a chill pill man, this rage is way too much.
Honestly, this laptop was 430$, i don't have a real graphics card, and yet i doing great. Just tweak your settings and you will be fine.

As someone who lives in Australia and gets a better connection with my Iphone Hot spot I can and quite frequently play on the highest settings off my Iphone.
There is no reason why this cannot work. (My ingame ping stays the same - around 350-420ish on average), but my phone connection actually nets me a further 12mbs/s worth of download and an extra 6mbs/s of upload.
Crazy I know. But thats what you get when you live in a country where the government has no inclination on improving the internet standard.
