Bright light on dragons

Think I saw a post about this somewhere. But does anyone know what is causing that bright glow in the dragon fights? I can confirm it is NOT always present so i'm inclined to think that its a class ability or power doing this as I have been in a couple of fights with dragons with only a handful of people and never experienced this bright glow that makes it so you can't see the red glow on the ground.

If this is a known graphical issue is it being looked into? Does anyone know if its caused by something so I can start yelling out in fights to stop using whatever power that is.

    Mmmm the only large area glow I can fast think of is a cleric daily Hallowed ground. It's a large yellow circle with blue circumference. But if it is that, you want it to be there :)

    Disable "post processing" in your graphics options for now. Do the same in SoT too. Whatever the cause, this seems to stop it- though it does make the game look rather weird and basic meantime.
