-Soul of the Burning Dragon: When using your powers, you have a 5% chance to burn your foe, dealing 200 damage per second for 5 seconds.

-Dragon Hunter: You gain 15% damage resistance against dragons. Additionally, you strike dragons with 10% more critical severity.
OR
-Thundering Weakness: When you critically strike a foe, you have a chance to daze the target for 2-4 seconds.

-Tiamat's Hoard: Your gold gain is increased by 10%.
Items:
Weapons with overload slots. Another armor set with overload slots. Tiamat's draconic glyph, which has all the 5 glyphs effect combined into one.
Mount:
Baby Hydra - Small Five headed Hydra or a wyrmling dragon. Maybe a wyrmling that could fly slightly above the ground. 3000 Zen.
Companion:
Descendant of Red Dragon- Available from a new skirmish. Green quality - +55 Armor Pen and Recovery.
The campaign unlock also has to give you at least the main hand/gloves from the heroic encounters in IWD... can't expect people to pay 5k then have to farm beholder/remo, you know thats what's gonna happen, after all the farming people have done...
Artifact rings, necks and offhands; dailies kill x, bring y, wait till the thing spawns for 10 minutes, get your quest items ninjaed; more zen items related to empower your character (may be resonance stones); more HEs with inexistent rewards; useless set of gear; farmable skirmish and dungeon. Did I miss something?

ou forgot at least 2-5 new bound currencies unconsolidatable or account exchangeable. Those currencies only good for silly, frivolous cosmetic stuff, underpowered gear with excessive amounts of that currency needed or a small (very) tweaked consumable upgrade over previous consumables.
- A trully epic dungeon with a godlike boss (Tiamat - The Nemesis of the Gods), needing 10 people.
- Huge map with a hard content, maybe some Heroic Encounters that may drop good items.
- Raids.
- No more dailies.
What I guess:
- More dailies.
- A little harder dungeon with a little harder boss (5 man).
- No Raids.
- More boons to farm.
- stuff.
- Campaign with HEs in 5 Areas. (every area should have a dragon :P)
- Artifact Off-hands as Campaign Rewards.
- Artifact Necks
- Less Grindy Boons. (i think they got the memo)
- Draconic Gear Set with same GS as Mod4 but differet stats.
- Skirmish Normal/Epic.
- Enchantment, Artifact, Mount etc etc
- Inventory tab for Mounts (similar to companions) Maybe for Fashion items too.
- PvP Grear for Groly/Triumph Seals
- Ten Men Raid (normal/epic) with 20h Cooldown upon Completion, Multiple Bosses/Lootchests and Fixed loot after an X amount of Completions for Badluckers. :P

balance changes to dc,gf and fix of storm spell
iwd campaing speed up added to z store
