Neither. Get High Prophet or cough up the cash or blood for Miracle Healer.

Not to mention, High Prophet makes campaign grinds a little more bearable.

Given the choice between the Dread Ring or Sharandar, go for the Sharandar. You will find other forum posts here asking the same question about which gear to pick, you will find that the High Prophet is usually what many will answer with though, because it is often in demand for parties that want to speed through dungeons as fast as possible. I grinded for the Sharandar set for the fun of it, I am happy I did, I use it now for all my soloing and heroic encounters, it seems to make them easiest to do using that set. For the heroic encounters the High Prophet set can actually be the worst set to use, because it gives more dps to the dpsers and less overall time to get healing points for yourself.

Then there is also the fact that they are making changes to the cleric in module 5, since it is still not clear what those changes are exactly, who knows what armour set could become the must have set, it could be that the Prophet Champion is best because of the reworked divinity mechanics they are doing or it could the new armour set in mod 5.

Since you said you just reached level 60, I would recommend doing mostly the dailies to get all your boons, wait until they announce what changes they are making to the cleric and then focus more on dungeon runs to get the armour set.

High Prophet is by far and away the best set for PvE, because of the set bonus. If you are into PvP, you need to look at other options, though. The reason for the focus on HP is that healing is not really that important any more - with everyone else having massive Life Steal scores, a DC may easily see himself being outhealed by other classes. The real value a DC brings to a group is through buffing and debuffing and HP is the most useful set in that respect.

There are a few exceptions, of course - you need the Purified (or corrupt) BI set for running Kessel's, and for HEs, one of the healing sets (there are several to choose from) are a better choice than HP.

I personally have 3 sets - HP (which I use 90% of the time), Purified BI (used only for Kessel's) and Miracle Healer (used for HEs), but that is about to get replaced by the Draconic set.

My advice - don't waste your time/energy/AD/money on any other T1/T2 set - get HP.
    Hoping for improvements...

What matters is bonus provided by set, especially if it gives some percentage to you and whole team. Difference in gearscope between sets is less important, because atm a lot of stats are provided by campaign bonuses and artefacts in excessive manner.

Do not waste the AD you have on buying stuff from campaigns , My suggestion is stick to +5 blue gear till you have money for High prophet or miracle.

Doing Gauntlgrym and Trading Seals (Drake) for EPIC Gear is another complement till you get a full Set.

I did Gauntlygrym for coins, bought the gg gear, then traded it through the Trade of Blades GG vendor for the grim pvp set with +hp. Can wear that in pvp or to run any content - I never take it off. I also have a miracle healer set I never wear because I can't really tell the difference and can't be assed buying a second batch of enchants to slot, and certainly can't be assed swapping out for gold every time I want to change duds. Same reason I haven't bought a High Prophet set from the AH yet.

At some point i'll buy the profound set and never take that off either. When Astral Shield and Hallowed Ground don't care what I'm wearing - why should I?

Ditto: Set Bonus. There are a lot of advice, how good it is is a matter of perspective. I am using the full Draconic Set myself and loving it. In the end, you need to choose what you like.

the draconic shoes cost a lot...(I guess its not easy for DC to get great success in the HE)
consider the set bonus is 20% more healing, isn't purified / corrupted BI are better?
