Heroic Encounter bug missing rewards

This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time the reward menu said I received the twined rope of dexterity however it didn't go into my inventory. Later that day It happened again where it said I had received the owl bear leather belt of intelligence. This time however i managed to take a screenshot. I received both the dragon coins and the enchantment but the belt wasn't added to my inventory even though I had plenty of space available for it. I am able to receive all the items from other encounters except for this one it seems.

    Had the same issue with the extra chest in Lair of Lostmauth. Artifact belt showed in loot table, but was not transferred into my inventory. My chest key was also consumed.

    Did you file a support ticket and were the items awarded to you afterwards?
