Artifact weapons are refined with......what?

So, the dragon gems finally dropped into my spending level, and I got the Bow I wanted on the first try. Yay!

But.... when I click to add items to refine, nothing shows up in the window... Can you not use normal enchant fodder to refine like other artifacts??

    No , you need to use identified lvl 60 gear or refinement gems like Peridots and Aquamarines etc.

    Do your dailies and make a bunch of Dragon horde enchantments , they make the RP stones drop nice and often .

    You use other level 60 gear and special refining stones (peridots and the like and the new resonance stones) to refine it.
