What do one get from Donating 6 or 12 Defense Supply Packages??

Anyone tried to donate 6 or 12 of the Defense Supply Packages and know what one can get???

    Any word on the 12 pack? Can't decide if I should turn in at 6 or wait for the 12 pack.

    Someone posted that the 12 pack contains, 2 medals and 50 Insignias.

    Any word on what the carts do? They say the improve quality, but the results dont seem to be tiered.

    There are two tiers for some of the crafting tasks. The crafting resource one that shows a reward of three provides 1 at tier 1 and 3 at tier 2. IIRC the green cart you initially get gave a 16% change for tier 2.

    I bought the Blue Cart for 200 (whatevers), but I see Purple ones on AH.
    Any clue on how to get those?

    epic encounters... + like always only for high dps classes ;]

    Nonesense. Heroic encounters are mostly RNG based like most of the BS loot system nowadays.

    I'm just glad that the HEs in the event zone spawn constantly so its usually easy to farm them. I actually plan on dropping a lot of AD and time on this event for a chance at that epic companion and blue mount.
