P.S. I have been able to get in the game occasionally over the last couple of days, but as soon as I log off client, the fatal script error happens again

As far as I know, Cryptic doesn't do IP bans. PWE does only national IP range bans, blocking out entire countries. So that won't be it.
The only thing I can think of is that you might have missed the flash update last week. Try updating that if you haven't.
i kinda figured might be the case on th IP thing, but as far as missing update, I login and play for 1-3 hours, every day. so I'm thinking I didn't miss something. I reinstalled arc client and tried downloading again. this time, there is no option to even download game. I also tried using steam. I was able to download client, but as soon as neverwinter tried to start for the updating, I got same crash and error as above.

Same issue here, I tried all the same on my older desktop, and got all the same errors. I live in Boston area so I didn't think the problem was an IP block, but still needed to ask

Just so you know. I have Uninstaled/reinstaled/updated multiple browsers, flash, java, the game... in the end i reinstaled my OS)win 8.1 and nothing works. Now i submitted a ticket... and am waiting for response. As soon as i hear from them i will let you know.
Sorry. The lack of capitals in my post probably got you confused. My apologies. I meant the latest Flash player updates. That's not a part of the game updates, but causes a lot of issues when not fully up-to-date.
I have updated and or re-installed everything short of OS. All other games on my machine run and play as they should, only neverwinter. I also can't get all the way into the gateway, I can login, and next screen stay blank.

Huh, about 2 hours ago I've got DC, and since than im unable to connect. Im using EU2 proxy. Does anyone else having this problem?
I'm back! I have been working on the "javascript" problem. Seems it's got something to do with my local network...
I have a router (linksys E1200) connected on my modem... and from there on the connection goes on a switch(some asus switch). On that switch I have 2 computers that me and my girl use for Nw. If i connect each of those computers to the modem directly, i can start the game loader. Once i'we got my loader opened, i can do the same with the other PC and recconect both PCs on my router-switch. I'm still not sure, if its the router or the switch thats causing the error. Will do a firmware upgrade on my router till the end of the week.
If any of you guys have routers or switches between your modem-pc, try to connect your pc directly on the modem and let me know. And pleas type which router/switch you have.
Been having several related error's over the last few days. Not using WiFi and traceroute etc checks out fine. Last night it went from rubberbanding, dc'n, etc to finally the play button not even turning on. Also no switch.
Just but it on hold till this mornin's patch to see if that'd help. So far so good as the patching progress now seems to be working with hopes of the play button following.
Although I have upgraded my router firmware and changed my switch, the problem still persisted. Right now i have tried flushing my dns, and for now that helped. I can start the game loader on both computers.
You can try flushing your DNS to help with connection issues.

You can try flushing your DNS to help with connection issues.
1) Press the Windows Key + R
Should bring up Run window.
2) Type in "cmd" and press Enter
A black command prompt window should appear.
3) Type in "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
hope this helps
Best regards
