Watermelon Sorbets - Bound

I spent almost all of the petals from the summer festival on watermelon sorbets, and when I went to move them to my main, I discovered that they were bound on all but two of my characters... Anyone know why or how this happened, and whether or not it is a bug?

    Everything from the vendors was bound. Including foods. Only thing that wasn't BoP was the shirt. Foods that dropped from quests or events or pinatas is unbound.

    It makes so little sense tbh. It's better to buy Pinatas and get the (unbound) food + other stuff from there, despite the randomness. Also the bound food makes any unbound stack bound as well.

    What a crapshoot, I didn't even notice that it turned the stacks I already had all bound too..... Shoulda seen this coming...

    Sigh, discard time.........

    This is disappointing - now I have 8 stacks of bound sorbets on profession alts X_X

    Some good news
    This works for the soup/caprese/sorbet and both feast types

    1. Place the BOUND items in your bank
    2. Buy the item (from AH = unbound) or put an UNBOUND item in your inventory
    3. Drag the BOUND item over the UNBOUND item = all not bound

    Something in the final Summer Event patch fixed this and all I have to say is Thanks!

    Nice! Glad I hadn't given up on the bound ones yet.

    On a related note, did anyone else have any Flower Gathering Rewards left over? When I open mine, they just give Cloth and Thread, no Petals :/
